Stormseer Qiu Tongmi is a Chogorian native who became an early ally and trusted advisor to Jaghatai Khan during his conquest of that planet. The Khagan even honored him with the title of Spirit Immortal for his wise counsel and foresight.
Although his greatest value to the Legion lies in his psyker abilities and his calm counsel, he is a respectable warrior in his own right. He is known for fighting with his power sword and force axe in a style known as Draogon, taught to him personally by Qin Xa. He is also known for his constant companion, the cyber hawk Changchun. The combination of his psyker abilities and the information gleaned from Changchun's flights over a battlefield give an unmatched tactical edge to any Praetor of the V Legion lucky enough to have Qiu at his side.
